We will process a full refund (minus shipping costs/promo discounts) or product exchange within 14 days of receiving the item once the item is returned in an unused/unopened condition.
The item must be returned in its original state, unused with all packaging and labels. Once received, the item will be inspected. Any item that is soiled or damaged will not be refunded and will be sent back to the original address. All items are the property of the customer until received back.

Goods should be returned using the original packaging. Please email email@example.com firstly to receive the return address.
All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy. An email will be sent confirming the refund. After you have received the email please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
